Cayenne Consulting is the Personal Services Company for Niall FitzGerald.

I have a Portfolio Career, I work with a number of clients, primarily in the areas of Human Resources, Reward Management and Strategic Resourcing.

I have three main areas of interest:

I founded the Total Reward Group with Mark Childs and sold the business to AJ Gallagher in 2017. We are retained to undertake Strategic Consulting Services within the Employee Benefits Services Business.

I am the Regional Director (East of England) for People Puzzles. I have a team of 12 highly experienced and talented People Directors who provide a range of Strategic HR Services to the SME market.

I help larger businesses build effective team capability, often, but not exclusively in the HR arena by undertaking assignments in:

• Retained Executive Search 
• Interim Management
• Talent Mapping
• Succession Planning
• Managing an External Talent Pipeline
• Creating a compelling Employee Value Proposition
